A course on a tool is out of date before it ends. What lasts is knowing how to decide.
Our program takes leaders and technical teams from understanding what changes with AI to deciding what to automate, building with governance and keeping the system alive.
Those who decide and those who build learn different things, and they need to speak the same language.
For those who decide
Leaders who need to choose what to automate, what stays with people and how to tell whether it worked, amid a lot of noise. What AI changes in the business, what new businesses it opens up, and how to handle risks and impacts from the start.
For those who build
Technical teams who will take AI into real work: data, agents, verification and critical use of the tools. You learn by doing, with your own company's problems.
From what changes to a living system.
Understand what changes
What AI does well, what it does badly, and what that changes in the work of each department.
Decide what to automate
What is worth automating, what stays with people, and how to measure it in results and in the lives of the people who do the work.
Build with governance
Data, verification and rules from day one, so every answer can be checked.
Keep it alive
Knowledge changes, the model changes, the business changes. The system has to change with them.
Every module starts from cases the market has already lived through.
The cases are organized by the pain each one exposes, and the ten pains are the index. These are some of the ones we study in the program; when the program is for a single company, its own cases come in too.
We are finalizing the full learning program.
